Juvenile Law
When a child is accused of a crime, or is accused of delinquency or ungovernable behavior, the reality is that he can become "lost" in the system. I provide comprehensive representation to parents and minors, helping you navigate the often complex and confusing world of the juvenile law system.
I work with parents and children at every stage of the juvenile system, from the initial 72-hour (detention) hearing to proceedings involving probation or other penalties. I also represent minors in all dealings with the Office of Community Services.
