Criminal Defense
Being arrested and charged with a crime—any crime—is serious, and I treat it that way. In my criminal practice, I believe that a client is best represented by quick, aggressive, and early action. I investigate your case early and, when appropriate, argue your case to the prosecutor before your case ever goes to court. If your case does go to court, I will fight every step of the way, negotiate the best possible resolution, and, when necessary, present a compelling case—your case—to a judge or jury.
